SSW7 is the workshop of the ISCA. As such, we expect all participants to be current ISCA members. Check your membership status at http://www.isca-speech.org/list_of_members.php.
If your ISCA membership expires before 25 September 2010, renew your membership now at http://www.isca-speech.org/.
If you are not yet an ISCA member, or if your membership has already expired, we encourage you to join ISCA directly at its website: http://www.isca-speech.org/. Payment is in Euro. Individuals joining ISCA for their first time, and who are current members of partner academic associations, may receive a 25 percent discount on the first year of ISCA dues. We urge you to join ISCA or renew at your earliest opportunity. It takes between 3 to 10 days for changes in membership status to be reflected in the ISCA membership database.
New ISCA members will receive their username and password shortly after the conference, instead of this summer immediately following their registration.
As a less-advantageous alternative, you may join ISCA for 1 year and register for SSW7 simultaneously by paying the membership dues and conference registration fees together in JPY (Japanese Yen). This option is more expensive than joining ISCA directly at their website. Furthermore, SSW7 cannot extend the first-time membership discount that qualifying individuals would receive by joining directly at the ISCA website.

The registration fees include: daily lunch, coffee breaks, USB-stick version of the proceedings, participation in all session, a reception on Sept. 22, a banquet dinner on September 23 and snack and drinks in the evening of Sep. 24.
If you need a visa for coming to Japan, please contact the SSW7 Secretariat (support@ssw7.org) as soon as possible, but not later than July 31st, 2010.

For those who registered as "Student," please show your student ID at registration desk on the day of workshop.

Payment for Registration Fee and other fees must be made in Japanese Yen.
